Remember May 2008?

 

OPEC prices hit that high water mark of nearly $90/barrel this week. No good news in sight for oil prices either.

, information from recent OPEC Oil Ministers meeting in Cairo showed that OPEC was satisfied with the current Crude Oil prices, and believed the market could withstand even higher prices. Therefore OPEC has no intention to change its production quotas before June next year.
