IL Gov. Rod Blagojevich (bla-goy-a-vich) wants to overhaul IL energy sources to include replacing half of its supply of gasoline with homegrown products within the next ten years.

Ethanol is the key, and Blagojevich is seeking additional incentives to increase the number of service stations selling biofuels.

His opponent in the upcoming election, Judy Barr Topinka, wants IL “to become a national leader in renewable fuels.”
